Do NOT stay at this hotel, if you value peace and quiet, particularly in the evening ~ 6-10 p.m. with a 'live' band and then dance music thereafter into in the early a.m. Otherwise, the staff, room and amenities are excellent. Great location.

Good location but there was no working air conditioning because the hotel said April was still a cold season. We had 26 C degrees in the room on several days. Another problem - on one of the days the hotel requested all guests to remove cars from the parking garage for several hours! That was very disruptive, instead of skiing we had to spend a big part of the day moving cars back and forth to another parking lot. We had to pay for parking at two places which is not cheap at Whistler, waste a lot of time and received no refunds or compensation for this bad experience.

The apartment was lovely, the staff accommodated us with an early check-in and were very pleasant to deal with. Beautiful view of the mountains and opposite the Blackcomb ski lift. Next door to restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean, warm and had everything you need for a self-catering stay. Lovely hot-tub in the complex with a view of the mountains too. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the centre of the village and Whistler ski lifts. Lovely and quiet in the evenings as most people socialise in the centre of the village.
