Whistler Luxury Condos

DO NOT BOOK with this company! After paying the company, we never received a reservation confirmation and when Peter finally returned several calls/emails/text 2 days to arrival, he said the condo was not available and that he would send our refund (even sent a so called picture of the refund)The refund never came and no one answers the phones/emails or text. This is a total scam! Please report them if you have had the same experience. He is being investigated.

I strongly advise against booking with Whistler Luxury Condos. Despite confirming my reservation just four days before my scheduled stay, the Company called me at 8:57 pm the evening before check-in to say they could no longer honour our booking because the condo we had reserved was undergoing renovations. While they did help us find a new place to stay (albeit through another property management company), they have since been extremely challenging to get a hold of despite my multiple attempts to contact them. They have not refunded my payment (despite 10+ business days passing since the cancellation) or provided proof of cancellation, as promised. It's not worth the stress – look for a different place to stay in Whistler

We had a reservation with Whistler Luxury Condos and had prepaid for our entire stay. The day before we were to arrive we were told our condo would not be available. Peter kindly arranged an alternate reservation with AirBNB, and our payment was refunded, but we felt that both the timing and the lack of explanation would preclude us from renting from Whistler Luxury Condos again.
