Whistler Premier Marquise

We have stayed in 602 for multiple years! It is so out of date we’ve complained about the beds, broken multiple times and every time we stay there nothing’s fixed the appliances and utensils are out of date burnt or not working. The shower has surface mould always. The ac is always broken and can’t keep up to the summer heat. Customer service at outpost is always outstanding, but the owner of this Suite needs to realize you gotta take care of your customers. So many better options. It’s sad as it’s a nice place for a family.

Mothers Day weekend fail! Door code never worked - ever, the maintenance guy gave us his code to get in with 2 babies & a toddler. Pool under renovation and we weren't told. 3 kids under three and they told us: just take them to Lost Lake to swim or the rec centre!!!!!! This is not what we paid top $$$$ for. 3 year old had to wear shoes due to the sharp edge of metal from kitchen to dining area. Smaller space than the photos make it look. Whomever this owner is should switch to a decent mgmt company. Won't book here again. Whole point was to have a pool and Vacasa refused to help us in any way. The whole place was being renovated and common spaces were out of commission, it's too far from the village to keep traipsing back and forth all the time with little children. Cost a small fortune having to eat out for the day when we were supposed to be relaxing poolside - this was a major reno but we weren't alerted because they just wanted our money! Booked via AirBnB and they at least are trying to assist with some compensation - but that doesn't make up for terrible and rude experience from Vacasa - not surprisingly that company is in difficulties they are rubbish! Save your money and rent something else.

Hands-down, the worst experience you can have at Whistler. A drunken idiot has been pounding on the door of the room below us for 45min screaming for someone to let him him, security hasn’t arrived, and when we arrived in our unit all of the linens were dirty, there was trash everywhere, and there were soaked towels on the floor. I’d rather sleep in a sleeping bag filled with angry badgers than stay here again.
