I gave this hotel 5 stars because of their excellent staff and service. They were all so friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant staff and food was excellent as well.

Victoria Inn was the only hotel in Brandon that would accommodate having a hospital bed brought in so my ill mom could accompany us. While there, my mom nearly died from choking due to her illness. Their staff performed the Heimlich for several minutes until they saved her life. I can only sing the praises of their staff and will never stop. What an incredible place. Our family is forever grateful

Checked in, no issues. Toilet ran all night, could not make it stop. Only stayed two nights so didn’t switch rooms. Ate at restaraunt, baked potatoe was cold at supper and toast and sausages were burnt and hard at breakfast. Wouldn’t eat in resteraunt again. Overall stay was fair.
