Best Western Pembina Inn And Suites

The hotel is nice but there is a lot of vandalism. Our windows were broken, and someone else's were too that same night. Apparently, it happens often that customers' cars get vandalized. For us, it was a nightmare. The car was a rental car and they left with my husband's luggage. We were starting our vacation for a month. He only had a few clothes in his overnight suitcase. 5 t-shirts and 2 pairs of shorts. I do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean but basic. Great breakfast. Harmon and Linda at the front desk were very sociable and professional made us feel welcome and comfortable.being a former front desk associate I look for how I treated guests and welcomed them they both passed with flying colors and then some.

In town for few days to helped my flavor niece vacate her dorm before she dive into the working world in Asian ! hotel so close to U.M very modern newly renovated rooms very popular for business travel , concept almost like Holiday Inn just like two peas in a pod , fast check in with my Platinum status for three nights stayed with early check in and late check out , include continental breakfast my room comes with Jet Tub fast high speed Wi Fi , spacious clean comfy bedding toiletries and towels fully stock , indoor pool with water slide and fitness center well keep , Happy to choose the Best Western relaxing stay nothing to complain !
