This place is our usual go to when we head to the city, but our last visit has me questioning on our next stay. First off we stayed one night then book another night in a different room to see if it was just where our room was, but it didn't matter. I would like to say before i get into the noise situation, we go out for a smoke though the back door and their was a big pile of puke right by the entrance to the hotel. I informed the front desk that there was puke there the whole night of us going for a smoke it was still there all thought out the night with what seems someone tossed water on it and made it worst our last smoke of the night there was another pile of puke beside the first one, Gross!!! Now for the noise we was on the first floor for the first night the heater/AC ticked and banged every time it started we also had beeping of some sort in our room all night. The worst of it was the noise and commotion in the hallways all night, at one point there was a woman yelling at 3AM. So we thought we would stay another night in a different room which good on the hotel they gave to us right way after checking out the first one, this time we was upstairs second floor, we had the same issues as the first floor the Heater banged and ticked all night and the beeping which still don't know where it came from. Also I think there was some sport team staying this night but the hallways was noisy till around 2:30AM then right in the morning scrapping of the walkways with this and been up all night with every different noise you can think of I wasn't happy. This is to bad as i stated we have stayed here many times for 20 years but may have to think about staying here again.

I spent two nights at the hotel while visiting family and attending a funeral; needless to say I had lots on my mind. Thankfully, my hotel stay was the least of my concerns. Starting with my check in through to check out, I was especially pleased with the staff throughout the hotel. All were very helpful and professional. I have stayed here before and they always seem to make you feel like you are at a home away from home. If you need to be in that part of town, this is a hotel that will make you feel safe and comfortable.

This was our 4th stay at this Hotel over the past 5 years. Location is great for visiting family - and all services and major shopping are minutes away on Regent Avenue West. Although this is a "dated" property they are upgrading business features to accommodate internet and USB charging. Although not entirely handicap accessible, their wonderful staff on all customer service and cleaning levels assisted and accommodated our needs.
