Terrible Terrible Customer Service, I had booking for a room for 2 nights in July. Unfortunately 2 days prior my visa was hacked online and my bank had to hold my visa until a new card was sent. That was the card I held the room with. I did not hear my cell ring well driving into city, but noticed a missed call from the Comfort Inn. I called right away and was told our room was cancelled, I explained we were just getting to city and I have an alternate card i could use to replace the hold, but was told that the room has already been sold! Extremely disappointed as the city is fully booked and we are having to pay outrageous amount to stay elsewhere and could not even get the same hotel for the 2 nights. Will never stay at comfort inn again and will be spreading the word about the poor customer relations. A couple phone calls would have been respectful until they at least spoke to me to confirm!

I stayed at this hotel for three (3) nights while I was in Winnipeg. I found this hotel’s staff members to be friendly. Downtown Winnipeg was about twenty (20) minutes away. This hotel’s breakfast was very tasty, and its breakfast would consist of foods, like: bagels, muffins, eggs, apples, pancakes, and waffles. This hotels had plenty of parking on its premises. This hotel’s wi-fi, television, hot water, and air conditioning all worked fine. I was somewhat surprised and nervous to see several security guards stationed throughout this hotel’s property, but I felt safe while I stayed here. There was no gym nor any pool at this hotel. While the housekeeper came to my room before my third (3rd) night, I was unaware that I had to request this type of service from the front desk agent, and I wish that such an instruction was communicated to me when I checked-in on my first (1st) night. Most hotels just offer a daily housekeeper visit unless a do not disturb sign is posted on a person’s door.

Quick check-in and employee was cheerful/friendly.
Super convenient location as we were heading towards Morris, MB in the early morning.
Room was pretty small. Weird that there was full length sliding glass door wall (curtain of course) that looked into the parking lot - I didn't try to see if the door could be unlocked but if it could - easy to carry luggage in just a short distance. BUT I'm not sure how safe I would have felt if I was staying alone in a room with the sliding glass door.
