Days Inn and Suites Winnipeg Airport, Manitoba

They took care of everything perfectly during my stay! The room service was excellent—towels were changed and blankets were beautifully organized every single day, and new tissue boxes were replaced as soon as needed. The breakfast was great, and I was especially impressed by their attention to detail for vegetarians. They assured me that eggs were prepared prior to the sausages, and potato pieces were fried completely separately. This was incredibly thoughtful! To top it all off, the pool was very nice, and they kindly gave me complimentary extra hours to wrap up my stay without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

Customer service is 5/5 at the Days Inn. Raman at the front desk was most compassionate. My connecting flight was cancelled today. I'm traveling from the East of the country to the West Coast with my youngest child. After waiting many hours on hold the airline, and trying to navigate accommodations, commute and meals, I was grateful to have Raman's help. I have never been to Winnipeg before and she guided me on how to get shuttled from the airport to the Days Inn. The location is close to the YWG, but not close enough to walk with luggage. The hotel issued a voucher to the cab driver which took care of the payment. She also helped me get set up for my return to the airport the next morning. Hoping to get on an airplane to my final destination, but if I do visit Winnipeg in the future, I would be happy to return to this hotel. Note that the accommodations are older. I did request a switch from my original room to a different one. I was very grateful that Raman could find a different room for me and my child.
