NEVER STAY HERE. Our trip was going good until we woke up and there were MOUSE TURDS in our bed. Near the pillow. We immediately took the turds down to the front desk. He said he didn’t have any sort of authority to waive the room or give us a deal. Called at 5 when the manager was supposed to be in. Left a message, no reply for hours. Called a couple more times being sent to voicemail. Finally the front desk lady transferred us and we got through. The manager didn’t even know this occurred. He told us we should have told them about it the previous night so they could change the sheets, we kept explaining we didn’t see anything until the morning. Said the best he could do was 10% off next time we stay. It was a crazy phone call. Thank god it isn’t privately owned. Got ahold of corporate for a free room at any of their hotels & their filing a complaint. Calling Manitoba health tomorrow. So gross when there’s also a bar and restaurant downstairs. NEVER EVER STAY HERE.

We booked a single night at the hotel with our cat before a little staycation. Our room was 322, and it was absolutely amazing! It had a king bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a step in shower, unfortunately no bathtub. The bed was comfortable and clean, the kitchenette had so many useful things, including a little stove top, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. It also included cups and saucers and plates, as well as cutlery which included a spatula, a chopping knife, a can opener, and also various pots and pans for cooking. The only conspicuous disappointment was the TV channel and physical placement situation. None of them had descriptions, and the guide had no information about what programs were on at what time. as well, the TV being off to the left side of the bed gave my husband a crick in the neck. Another positive point was that there was no space small enough in the room for our cat to crawl into and get out of our reach. This reduced a lot of our concerns about having to lure our cat out of a space that we could not reach into, in order to pack her up for leaving. Giving the room a four out of five because of the TV channel situation, but we will definitely be returning for a repeat visit!

Great stay , Oliver at front desk was excellent, remembered me from my stay 2 months prior. Comfy beds, clean room. Downfall is the coffee is not good at all the elevator broke down and we had to walk to 4th floor where I injured a muscle in my hip. Was close to everything
