Lakeview Inn & Suites Frederiction

Zero complaints. The staff was friendly and the location is minutes from shops and downtown. My room was perfect for work and was quiet. There were many choices for breakfast. Lots of free parking . Would go back .

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites for a weekend getaway, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, and attractions.

My wife and i stayed here for one evening on our way to Halifax from Ontario. We ran into a nasty snowstorm in Quebec/northern NB, and consequently did not get into Fredricton until about 4:45am. I was worried that our room might have been forfeited, or just not available at this late hour. The front desk clerk asked our name, handed me our room keys, told us "not to worry, everything was taken care of, and checkout would be 2pm." We were quite surprised and impressed. We did not need the 2pm checkout, but was impressed that it was automatically given to us without haste. To me, this was fantastic service, and put a smile on our faces after 15 hours on the road. The hotel itself is quite near the highway, and is a nice property. We felt the property offered excellent value compared to other similar types in the city. This was our second time staying there, and we will be back when we pass through the area again.
