Ramada Fredericton

This hotel is an absolute dump and, in my opinion, should not be operating in its current condition. The entire property smelled unpleasant from the moment we walked in. The pool area had a foul odour that resembled sewage or human waste, and it completely turned us off from using it. The restaurant looked so dirty that we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. Our room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had exposed drywall, no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo, and was missing basic fixtures. The walls were filthy, and there were fingerprints on doors and door frames throughout the hotel, making it look like nothing had been properly cleaned in a long time. The furniture was badly worn, scratched, chipped, and looked decades old. The room had an unpleasant smell, and opening the window wasn’t an option because the window screens were full of holes, with spiders and insects around them. The carpets were stained, the hallways were dark, and the overall property felt neglected and poorly maintained. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to invest in serious cleaning, repairs, and renovations before charging guests to stay here.

Everything was amazing except the TV was glitching a lot so it was extremely hard to watch any bit of TV of we wanted too

I was awake all night due to noise and when I called the manager at the hotel he told to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else if I don’t like it. He also spoke to me very disrespectfully and wouldn’t acknowledge me when I was speaking to him at the front desk. There were people drinking, doing drugs and I think prostitution ring happening there and the police should investigate as well as the better business bureau. I booked with aeroplan as I was moving and closing dates didn’t line up. I stayed first night alone and left at 1am due to feeling of being unsafe at this hotel. There was also smoking in the hotel because it stunk so bad like cigarettes in my room and the hallways
