Best Western Moncton

We arrived at the room and the sofa was full of suspicious white stains and when sitting on it the front panel fell to the floor, plus the sofa sags in the middle so we have to hold on to avoid falling into the center of the sofa. I complained to the front desk who told me they were aware of the situation and that the new sofa would arrive in November and it is July. He gave me the email of the general manager Mars Soukaina and I immediately wrote to him because when you pay for a suite it is not normal not to be able to use the sofa but he did not even answer me what a lack of professionalism and lack of respect towards his clientele who in fact makes him a living, When I asked at the front desk to go do laundry I was informed that the washing machine had been broken for 2 weeks. This director is truly incompetent and lacks respect and professionalism. I expected better from Best Western, which should fire him. Very, very disappointed with my experience.

Great pick! Room was clean, comfortable and a good value. Had a big refrigerator, microwave and the layout wprked well. Excellent shower and quiet but effective AC unit. Breakfast was standard fare but had a fancy espresso coffee machine which elevated it. An upgraded TV with option for Netflix would be welcome.
