Hampton Inn And Suites by Hilton Moncton

Not sure if the quality of Hampton inns is going downhill but this was a poor stay. Could hear the neighbours tv in the room, elevator broken and out of service in the morning with no signage or acknowledgement of staff. Hot water was brown in colour. Breakfast just ok. Will choose another hotel next time

Hilton H. member and I have stayed here many times. It is quiet and clean and convenient, but some of the extras have gradually disappeared... like no fruit or smoothies, etc at breakfast anymore, no dark roast coffee, no cookies in the evening, limited choices of herbal type teas. These are small things that move the Hampton from my preferred location to just one of the ordinary options. With the increase in room rates and the reduction in extras it seems like a money grab

This hotel is a 5/5. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean and rooms are spacious
