Hampton Inn Hotel & Suites

Our experience started with our call to secure a room. Jane answered the phone and was really nice, and efficient. When we started our checkin, Jane was there again with a smile and helpful. The night was filled with lots of hockey kids.  An interesting fact, at 9:40PM, everyone got quiet for the night. Isshie and Cody did an amazing job for all of the night guests ( including the hockey kids). Breakfast was easy and efficient. Glenn and Lori were awesome. Checkout was a breeze. Thank you, Deep. Thank you, always for a great team. See you in June.

We cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The employees are a cut above the rest. They always find a way to stand out from the competition and go out of their way to make our stay as fun and easy as possible. Special shout outs to Malik, Cody, Daisy, Larry, Jon, Deanna, Reah, George, Jane, Guarab and Nithin (so sorry for scaring you : ). Every time we have stayed, we have heard other guests complimenting them or talking about them in the elevators etc, so it is clearly not just our opinion. We also love the hotel itself: * Crazy fun water slide into the pool, plus the hot tub. *The best breakfast buffet and waffles with all the fixings, and it is FREE. *Excellent value and large rooms (very clean). *Pet Friendly rooms. *Basically in the same parking lot as shopping, spa, Costco/ Sobey's, Restaurants and so much more! *Parking is not only free, but close to entrances. *Long term stay options and pricing. *We generally look for Hilton Hotels anyway after trying many reward programs as theirs have better rewards. *They are always patient with the rooms full of kids and teens we have with us, and are sure not to put us where other guests will mind some noise. I typically provide balanced feedback with pros and cons but I cannot think of a con? Thank you all again for making us feel like valued guests and family!

We spent one night here. It’s a nice big hotel with plenty of free parking and good sized rooms. The staff were friendly on arrival and throughout. Good free breakfast in the morning too. All the usual Hampton qualities. Recommend
