Quality Inn Mic Mac

Do not stay here. Bad location, filthy vestibule. Indifferent desk staff. Outdated and garish rooms. The only saving grace was the delightful lady who served is our decent breakfast. I stayed there after a long day of travel to Halifax. We were scheduled to stay there on our last night in Canada, but canceled and rebooted and a wonderful little motel in Peggy's Cove.

This place was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The breakfast was nice. We would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived we asked about the pool and were told there was no indoor pool but that was not was told to me at the time of booking. When we got into the room my wife decided to take a bath but the plug did not work, turned on the a/c and went to dinner when we came back the a/c did not cool the room down , the iron board was missing the top and the bathroom door was missing paint . The windows did not have arms so we could open them for fresh air. Called downstairs to complain we were told in broken English that there is no maintenance man overnight and she could not fix the a/c. Could not leave because every place we called was booked.This is not a boutique hotel. As the owner pulls out in her Volvo and does not care.
