Best Western Chocolate Lake

Older hotel, but under renovation. We stayed on the 9th floor and it was very freshly renovated. Overlooked the lake and was so relaxing. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the had dinner one night at the hotel as we were too tired to go out. Food was great.

Broken elevator if you have any mobility issues stay elsewhere or drag suitcases up a flight of stairs . Fan in bathroom busted hotel was in poor to fair shape . Good food and service at resteraunt , location was good . Broken elevator , no offer of ground floor or assistance with gas gets a poor rating elevator will be out of service for months according to note on elevator door .

ANTS in ROOM, manager would not address the issue and had to check-out early and find another hotel at the last minute, still had to pay full price for room with ants. No apologized for ants received. Do not stay at this hotel.
