HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES HALIFAX AIRPORT

Planned a quick overnight stay here when we had a late-arriving plane. Check-in was friendly and easy, and the room was clean and very comfortable. We really appreciated the 24-hour shuttle!

They don’t care. Paid almost 800 for a few hours before a flight. Only 2 small towels, faucet not secured. Stale coffee in the morning. Impossible to get human service.

The evening receptionist was not friendly at all, spoke to us very poorly and was disrespectful. The rooms are acceptable and clean even if the soundproofing needs to be reviewed and light comes through the door. The carpet in the hallways is extremely dirty. The breakfast is acceptable.
