THE CLANSMAN MOTEL

Location is ideal for those catching the ferry! It's very close to 2 gas stations, Tim Hortons and a Canadian Tire. It's about a 20-25min drive to Sydney. There is a lot more options for food / things to do in Sydney vs N. Sydney. Rooms are pet friendly & it didn't come at an extra cost! There is plenty of green space for the dogs out back. They do have a restaurant that is reasonably priced, but I did not check it out. They also have an outdoor pool that was being enjoyed by families. They also have laundry, the dryer was out of service when I was there. The rooms are a bit outdated and have a bit of an "old" smell to them, you get use to it & it didn't impact my stay, it just was. Staff were all very kind and helpful! I will definitely use them as a place to stay when I finally make it to NFLD!

I was accompanying some friends for a Rock show. They stayed at the Motel and enjoyed clean rooms and friendly service. I enjoyed a nice meal with the friendly staff in the restaurant..

I stayed at the Klansman October 25, 2025. Front desk was courteous and efficient. The room was clean bed was comfortable and had all the amenities you needed. Restaurant provided excellent breakfast.. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Certainly would stay there again.
