I am a busy mother of 2, and staying at the Grand Hotel gave me the opportunity to spend quality time with my husband and kids. The location is great as it right at the heart of the town and accessible to all restaurants, etc. I was able to walk around with my husband to have an alone time and have dinner out, while during afternoon we get to swim in the lovely heated pool with the kids. Which was super fun and relaxing. We will definitely be back, Thanks Grand!!!!

This hotel is a great staging area for exploring Nova Scotia. We took the ferry from Bar Harbor and were ready for a relaxing evening before setting out on a 1,300-mile drive the next day. The Rodd Grand Yarmouth was perfect, with a walk into town in one direction and a stroll to the Blueberry Cafe in the other.

Hotel is dated but, staying in Yarmouth it's the best location and staff are super friendly. Restaurant is reasonable and the food is great. Nice value for your money
