Belleville on atmosphere was great rooms were great

The staff was very helpful but the accommodations were lacking. Although the rooms have been newly refurbished, the air conditioner did not work and did not remove any of the humidity out of the room. Also towels were skimpy and not very absorbable. There was one bar of soap in the shower. Surely, one could have been provided for the sink as well. The full breakfast was minimal at best, and everything came from packages. The halls were noisy.
