The place was a complete disaster and it was obvious that management could not care less about the comfort, safety or satisfaction of their guests.

Staff is nice but balconies were full of web spiders, bugs and mosquitoes. Closet was full of web spiders too. No air condition in the lobby and breakfast room, it was very unpleasant to eat in the heat.

The room rate was out of line with the room amenities the horrible WIFI service, the continental breakfast offering and exterior cleanliness. As a side note, I made and error in the booking date and that error cost me $85.00 plus tax, and a move from a King to a purported Queen room.. I accept the responsibility for the error. However, when I asked about honouring the initial rate or some consideration, the desk clerk instead provided me with an explanation of the rule of Supply and Demand, with just a hint of sucks to be you. Oh well, I suppose I earned that. To the owners of the franchise I'd like to point out that, the demand for rooms on the weekend had everything to do with the baseball tournaments and pre-Canada day events going on the area, etc. You have an opportunity to add to the value the town's events offering, a valued community supporter. Our experience has influenced our plans for accommodation, on future trips to Belleville.
