DO NOT STAY HERE! paper thin walls, noisy as hell, banging heard all night, voices in the corridor like there inside your room! Asked for refund and was referred to booking.com rather than take the lead and help a customer Complete waste of money. Bed sheets are some kind of cheap plastic! Old lifts, slow and one broken. Inefficient check in lines take an eternity, with manager sitting there on phone not helping out 200 bucks deposit for breakages not apparent till check in!

Stayed at village suites one night on the way back from a road trip. Loved it. Great location, clean, big room. Came with some perks around the resort (beach access, go gondola ride, etc. ) Can’t wait to return to explore the village some more. Would 100% stay here again.

We left feeling disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell well below expectations. Check-in was painfully slow and, after a long journey, the last thing we wanted was to spend so much time waiting. There was no parking available whilst checking in. We had also been told we would receive an upgraded room, but this never happened and no explanation was given. The room itself felt tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. The pull out bed had little bedding and we had to frequent more. It was very uncomfortable. The hotel was extremely busy throughout our stay. It felt overbooked with day guests, with constant noise in the public areas and little opportunity to relax. Lines to do anything were absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant booking system was fragmented and confusing, with separate reservations and long waits. Even once seated, the restaurants were packed and very noisy, making meals feel rushed rather than enjoyable. The food was poor. It was scruffy and overpriced. It also became clear that the hotel primarily caters to a different clientele and style of holiday than we were expecting. That’s not a criticism of the guests at all, but it did mean the atmosphere wasn’t the right fit for us, and we wish this had been clearer before booking. Overall, the combination of the lengthy check-in, promised upgrade not being honoured, dated room, constant noise, lines to do anything and disorganised dining arrangements meant this wasn’t the relaxing break we had hoped for. Sadly, we wouldn’t return.
