Best Western Brampton

Did my booking on line and pre paid for it, but once I checked in , was told that they don’t take pre paid reservation and that I had to pay for the room again and need to contact their official site to get refund. It was extremely noisy , with people running and screaming in the hallways. Called the reception and they said that they couldn’t do anything! Hours after check out , I found that they charged me deposit/payment/ extras for the amount of 800$! Would NEVER book or recommend this hotel!

We recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Brampton on February 22, 2025. We stayed in room 235 on the second floor. The room was clean and we found the beds to be very comfortable. There was also a choice of pillows regarding firmness. Family, who also stayed there, enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. There was no issue with insects of any kind. The breakfast was typical with some pastries, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, etc. The eggs were rubbery but everythindg else was OK. We would return to this hotel in the future should the need arise.

Mid-range hotel with nice room. Wi-Fi worked very well. Coffee machine and microwave available in room. Bathroom amenities available. Breakfast was decent, despite very small breakfast room, as each tour group had its time slot. The lift is extremely slow. We did not use the indoor pool and jacuzzi.
