I was here on a trip from 14 February to 4 March and it was absolutely the greatest hotel so clean the friendliest staff. It looks like Italy very beautiful very posh on the inside very affordable and I am just telling you that the staff is the most incredible staff I’ve seen in my life, just exemplary of service and kindness, and I just have been just so completely blown away by their service and their the facility the professionalism They are just the most incredible place so every time I come back to Brampton, Ontario this will be the only place that I booked my hotel stay!!! Excellent job

Service was exceptional, free breakfast with option to upgrade for a reasonable price. Lots of selection. Coffee was great! Fresh and wonderful flavour. Rooms were clean. Would not hesitate to recommend it
