Hilton Garden Inn Torontoburlington

Stained dirty carpets, smelly rooms and mildew between tiles in shower. Stayed here three times for business and never again.

Stayed on Airmiles and used points for a free stay. Overall we had a very good stay, room was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for bags and we also had room service delivered instead of going out for dinner that night. We wanted to go to Gametime Social down the street and decided to stay in and relax. The food was excellent, and room service bent over backwards for us wanting extra ketchup and vinegar and other requests. Unfortunately the front desk called us at 10:30 pm that night asking us if we wanted a spare cot delivered to our room. We had no need for it as we were a couple. I imagine someone staying with the dance group requested it and the front desk got it confused which room wanted it. We were early to bed that night to hit the road in the morning. There were no noise issues with rowdy sports teams. Bathroom was clean, it appeared the tub was replaced and never removed the spigot, but was slip free. And my wife really enjoyed the hot tub, which was also very clean. The sleep was pretty decent, we really liked the Beautyrest Hospitality mattress made for Hilton chains and are considering upgrading our own mattress to something similar this fall. The major downfall of the room was the dated flatscreen TV, and somehow Cogeco cable cuts in with a commercial on US cable news stations, and it was happening in the middle of the programming and not the commercials. I hope the planned upgrade by Cogeco took care of this glitch, as we don't have this problem at home on Rogers cable. I ended up watching Sunday Morning Futures when we got home that afternoon. Mostly positive stay. Would stay again.

Worse costumer service, very rude and unprofessional staff, including Melanie Dias the manager. Increasing rate every day during my stay with no reason or at least to let costumer knows. Dirty smell rooms,not comfortable beds, lack of supplies in the room. Wouldn't recommend at all!
