Great hotel, room and facilities modern, clean and nice. Nice front lobby and there’s a great BBQ area in the back for guests to use which was great! Only suggestion is to move the cigarette stand away from the BBQ as all you could smell was the cigarette smoke as you’re BBQing and eating.
Front desk staff I interacted with were great. When I checked in, there was a gentleman behind the desk (he said he put together the BBQ?) who was very friendly and spoke to me while the front desk clerk was on the phone.
The breakfast was ok and what you’d expect but a shoutout to Jeanette who worked there. It was really busy Saturday morning but she was doing a great job of making sure everything was good for the guests and still being friendly. Would be great if the breakfast area with the food was a bit bigger.
I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The rooms are extremely clean and modern. The pillows have a that 'fluffy ness' and the beds are made with military care ,grade and sharpness.
The morning food is delicious for the start of the day.All the staff met have a 'heart on their sleeve attitude'!

The staff was friendly and fantastic.
The breakfast buffet was delicious. It had something for everyone. The staff maintained it well.
I went to the hotel for three days with my disabled daughter.
When we got to the hotel, they said our booking was not in their system even though we had the reservation number. The check-in staff was very kind and was able to provide us with a disabled room.
The first room we had was not fully accessible. I had to push my daughter through the door and the bathroom door because it was such a tight fit for the wheelchair. If a disabled person gets a disabled room, please be aware that there are no door openings to get through without being pushed through them (no place for arms to go on the wheels to maneuver).
The wheelchair would only fit between the beds even when we tried to move the hotel chair out of the way.
The room was 80 degrees and the front desk staff was unable to adjust the temperature.
Then there was a problem with the plumbing. The front desk said they were contacting maintenance but they didn't know how long it would take for someone to come onsite.
The front desk then offered us a two-room suite which we did not take because it had the same issues with the doors and the wheelchair would not fit through without assistance.
Since we didn't want to take the two-room room because the hotel could give it to someone else and get the extra money for it we were given another disabled room that had the same issue with the doors but at least the plumbing and temperature worked.
Three months after our stay I wrote a letter to the hotel manager to voice my concerns because I didn't want anyone else to go through what we had to go through.
Although I left my address and email information I have not heard a word back from the manager and it's been close to 5 months since I wrote the letter.
Staff at the hotel gets a 5 out of 5. Manager response was none existent and gets a failing grade.
