HILTON GARDEN INN KITCHENER/CA

My husband and I traveled from Ottawa to Cambridge to rest for the night. Upon arriving at this Hilton property I was ready to turn around immediately! The grounds are completely unattended, full of weeds with grass about three inches long. The parking lot is nasty. The courtyard next to the restaurant is shabby and full of weeds with bird crap dripping down the exit door. Where’s management?????

We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2026 as we were attending a wedding in the area. The hotel staff were amazing and were able to accommodate our specific requests, including making sure that the room was clean at a specific time, so that pictures could be taken as part of the wedding festivities. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

We were disappointed for 2 reasons: 1. Our room, as any room near the bar, is exposed to their patrons at closing time. It was extremely noisy for about an hour in the early AM; and 2. I was quoted $115 per night but noticed after we left, a charge of $135 per night, for two nights. This hotel is not worth $135 per night.
