Very dirty smells like dirty dogs and window doesn't open to change the smell

Coming in tired on our way home from and Eastern vacation and had the most welcoming experience. Pleasant customer service and at an affordable price. A late supper in the restaurant was great and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a real treat to start our day on our final leg home. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The friendly atmosphere truly set the tone for the perfect stay.

Welcomed warmly from the time we checked in till the time we checked out...clean, quiet...everything you'd like to have when staying at a motel. The HUGE star was the greeting of a bag, dog treats and waterbowl for our dog with a personalized welcome note from the GM. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this Best Western!
