Best Western Plus Gatineau-Ottawa

Nice hotel, a bit dated. Staff was friendly. Food was average

Great experience. Friendly and reapectful staff. The balcony with outdoor chairs were superb. Great city view from the balcony. The room is clean with very soft bed and pillows.

Horrible best western. Bathroom was super small(claustrophobic small) Air conditioning did not work and it was plus 30! Very old and dingy. No place to park except underground. Usually Best Westerns are amazing but not this one!
