Booked on the 21st of March for a 1 night stay March 27th. Booked a jacuzzi room. Showed up after a 7 hour drive to find out our room had been given away to someone else. Gentleman behind the front desk was like no big deal...it was a big deal. It was a night away to relax with my husband in a room of our choosing! Nope! Don't know the area so really had no option but to accept a room at a huge discount of $20ish oh and he was nice enough to wave our early check in fee. I had Booked online, confirmed online and confirmed again when I booked early check in. If the room was not going to be available I would have booked a similar room elsewhere. Although this hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and it did have a small breakfast, I will never book this super 8 again! The pool area was also clean but the water was extremely cold.

⚠️ EVEN 50 CAD IS TOO MUCH!!! READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING THIS HOTEL! The rooms are extremely old and smell of dampness. Everything is poorly maintained — from the furniture to the general condition of the place. The hotel staff is completely indifferent. Even though we clearly mentioned that we had a small child and my spouse suffers from asthma, they did not bother to warn other guests who were smoking marijuana right outside our door. They claimed there were no other rooms available and refused to change ours, even though it was obvious that other rooms were empty. The furniture is very old, everything is dirty, and the overall condition is unacceptable. For such a great location, this level of neglect and indifference is truly disappointing. Do not stay here! Check out the other hotels located just one street below — they are much better. I will never stay here again. I will also share this experience with all Wyndham representatives. We trusted the Wyndham brand, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. Even 50 CAD is too much for this room!
