Comfort Inn Fort Erie

We love staying at the Comfort Inn Fort Erie! We just stayed here for 12 nights and enjoyed our stay. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is a free breakfast and a 24 hour coffee and tea station. The coffee is fantastic! The hotel is close to all the surrounding attractions and a lovely ride to Niagara Falls. Close to the QEW or the scenic route. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are the best! We look forward to seeing them for our next visit.

Great experience at this little hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are kind, friendly, helpful and caring. This was my first time travelling in over 6 years due to a chemical intolerance illness/disability. The front desk staff took the time to show us the rooms and let us decide. Our room was clean, linens and towels were fragrance free for me. The breakfast was decent with DIY waffles, sausage and eggs and all kinds of breads, bagels etc. It is a short 3 min drive to many grocery stores, bars, restaurants. We needed to be close to beaches so it was great. We did have to stay on the first floor (no elevator). Thank you to Becky, Trish, Pauline,Andrew and Andre ! See you guys again soon.

Thought we didnt have any pillows just tiny throw pillows on our king size bed (got the king bed room with sofa bed for the 4 of us) called front desk they said no those are the pillows we just fold & smush them to look decorative. We unfolded them. They are very thin standard size pillows. Now I see why they did that. 4 thin standard size pillows on a king bed would look bad (but them looking like throw pillows looked bad too). Thankfully my husband & i brought our own pillows so the kids used them. 3 bath towels in the bathroom for the 4 of us. If I had paid full price for this room (I got it 50.00 cheaper on a 3rd party site) I would have been really upset. Won't be staying here again.
