So sad. Showed up from out of state. First said our room was flooded. Sent us across the street. Said rooms were $169. Actually they were $299. Finally at 11pm we got in our room, got stuck in an elevator. All 3 elevators were not working. We were on the floor-family of 5. Went back to the sand manager -to Amanda for help- she had to memory. There never was a flood, they said they can’t guarantee rooms even if you pat advance, would not help get a no hotel and lied about talking to us before. If you over book- at least put your guests in a safe hotel. What a way to start a vacation. Overpriced hotels, lying service members and the unwillingness to help a family at 11:30pm at night. Do better Hyatt. Train your staff to problem solve rather than lie and toss families into a new town in the middle of the night. Would not stay here again.
