Quality Inn Clifton Hill Niagara Falls

The property has both a new area and an old one. We were accommodated in the old one and the rooms show their age. They are not dirty rooms, but being old they do not look very clean, but the sheets and towels are nice and white. The pool is pleasant and available until late in the evening. The strong point is the very central location of the property, close to everything; it is unparalleled and makes up for everything. Recommended as a simple base.

I read another review that said it looked like a homeless shelter. That is exactly what I thought when I arrived and parked in the parking lot behind the hotel. My first thought was this looks like a homeless shelter.I was so disappointed/upset. The inside is rundown and awful. The only redeeming factor is its proximity to the falls. You can walk a few hundred feet and see the american falls. Value is awful. Cleanliness is awful. Staff however were nice/decent.
