My wife and I stayed 2 nights 22 and 23 July. Overall, it was a 2-star hotel. The location was great, less than 5 minutes to the foot of the horseshoe falls by the incline rail. They have an outside pool, which is nice; it's not heated, so depending on the time of year, it may be cold or cool to swim. If you are mobility-challenged at all, be sure to try to get a room on the ground floor as they have NO eleveators and our room on the 3rd had many stairs to climb. They charge for parking $30 a day, which is steep given lots around the hotel can be had for $10, but being disabled, we had to park at the hotel. (We have stayed at other Days Inn who waive the parking charge if you have a handicap plackade but not this location) Lots of places to eat within short walking distance. They advertised free interent but it did not work in our room as they had an expired certificate and many sites would not allow us to even connect. The rooms generally were OK, but the AC was on of the individual units you find in older motels; it was noisy and really didn't cool the room much. We were grateful it was mild outside, mid 70's and not any warmer. Would we stay there again? Probably not. The washroom did have some mold around the tub area.
