My husband stayed at this hotel last week for a business fund raising dinner.
The room was clean but not very nice - dimly lit including the bathroom. The king size bed was too hard and not comfortable.
The room overlooked the hotels ventilation system air handler and a cement retaining wall - the fan in the heating system in the room was noisy all night and I was unable to turn it off. The continental breakfast was coffee/ tea, toast and cereal. Very disappointing. The hotel staff were pleasant.

I was booked here by error, and was to be in the Marriott Courtyard, that aside the staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Gary the night manager. Parking was handy although problematic in the sense that checking in and obtaining the parking pass was a bit difficult to negotiate to get back into the parking garage. The attendant allowed up to go in and come back with the parking pass so we parked close to the door to the Hotels side entrance . The amount of bird droppings was horrific. Pigeons were roosting nearby and we were not impressed at having to negotiate around this with our luggage etc. The hotel has been refurbished but some things still need upgrading to demand the price they are asking IMHO. The bed was clean and bug free as was the room. (so Im not sure where the other reviewer recieved bug bites) I was disappointed that the pool was not in working order, however, we arrived late and it was a whirlpool I was most needing. The room is well maintained other than the drapes did not close and the room looks out onto an apartment complex, making one feel exposed to voyeurism. no blinds either. I slept well, wouldn't use the tub (jets were old and corroded) but honestly there really is no reason not to stay there. The rating is a 3 because the pool was not working and the filth in the parking area with bird droppings. No fridge in room either. but the coffee was great I did not have a chance to stay for breakfast so I am unable to comment on it. Apparently it was included in the price

I stayed at this hotel with my partner and upon check-in, experienced the slowest and most chaotic check-in process I have ever dealt with. While the staff was nice, they couldn't locate my Hotwire reservation on either of their computers and 2 staff members were back and forth between me, their computers and the printer for approximately 20 minutes. The hotel itself has a stale, dated vibe. Those things I was willing to look past but I was not able to look past bug bites all over my partner that we discovered immediately after our stay. We were horrified to see that he had itchy bite marks in clusters all over his body (arms, ankles, wrists). The ordeal caused us a lot of stress and anxiety. We had to seal our clothes in bags until we could wash them thoroughly and we were terrified that we could have brought whatever pest home with us. After speaking with the GM, we were told that since no bugs were found in the room days later, that they would do nothing to compensate us. It’s clear that whatever bit him, was in that hotel bed. I would never stay in this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
