Best Western Plus L'Heritage

We expected to spend a nice stay. The breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was good. But hotel needs updating. Floors in the room were lifting, cobwebs all around the heating system. Corridors were freezing. Why advertize a pool when the water is cold. Temoermental hot tub as noted elsewhere. Breakfast area not cleaned. The waffle machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years. Counter had spilled yougourt -this was at 3:00 in the afternoon. Janitor walks around with phone blaring all day long. Wouldn't recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, it is well located. We always take a suite with living room and kitchen. The breakfast is excellent. The place is within reach of shops and very well located. A special rating for the lady at the day reception the week very kind and helpful.

We booked 10 rooms, everyone was not happy, not very soundproof, the guests above made noise until midnight, uncomfortable bed, clogged toilets, in rooms sink flowing very slowly, we were told was woken up by the hotel at 5:15 a.m. who stressed us out, had not asked for this,,, and in addition the customer above did not stop walking around until 8 a.m. No one is going to go back there that's for sure,,,not slept, disturbed, not soundproofed,, not recommended this hotel
