Holiday Inn Express Hotel And Suites

I booked this hotel with a third party..because I was sick and could not go I called the hotel and they put me on hold for 29 minutes and hung up, 2nd call hung up after 12 mintues, finally on my 3rd call they said deal wtih 3rd party. I did call the 3rd party, and explained the situation, they contacted hotel and they refused to change the dates of my booking or cancel even though they could have rebooked as it was a weekend and had availability for the changed dates. This hotel lacks communication, are totally inflexible , and are absolutely rude . avoid if possible!

Hotel apparently is going to have a renovation starting in October. It definitely needs it. It is very run down, carpets in hallways are getting frayed. Bathroom sinks unable to stop up for shaving etc. Reception is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Stayed there a few times before but noticed a decline. Waste bins at entrance over flowed, breakfast warm items were not hot.
