Amazing view! Clean. Two problems to identify: 1: No hot water for showering (cool/luke warm) 2: Name of hotel not clearly visible from road. The name of it is in the tiniest letters on a sign.

Overcharged. And "no refund is possible until the manager is back from New York on Friday". Also - the,porary traffic light stays red for five minutes, and staff say, but only when asked after several such waits, "Oh yea, that light does not work, just ignore it and go the other way". Absurd. Did not feel like staff cared at all.

Great location. I booked 4 units using my Wyndham reward points for free nights. They required I put a credit card on file (which is normal). They charged my CC. when I call and talked to the manager about this, he apologized and said that he there was a system error and that he had already submitted a refund. The refund was short $28 and change. The manager is not available.
