Radisson Hotel Kitchener Waterloo

I am a gold elite member who stays at this hotel frequently. It is a nice hotel with great amenities. The problem is 100% of the time without fail on the day of checkout despite my late checkout someone from housekeeping shows up around 9:00 - knocking and waking me up to ask what time I am leaving. I live an hour and a half away and one of the reasons I stay the extra night is so I can sleep in and have a leisurely morning. The other reason is so I can do a morning call (again which is interrupted). Quite literally this is the one day that they know when you are gone because you have checked out.

A good welcome and a nice room. My spouse was almost scalded as the temperature of the water climbed quickly. A brief investigation revealed that all taps in our room and the room beside could not give cold water. Our thanks to the front desk person who let us into the second room to give it a try. We are loyal Marriott Platinum folks. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Well located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Huge parking lot. Very nice staff, helpful and pleasant. Good room, clean and very quiet. Room had dated coffee machine, everything else brand new. Large lounge/eating area at entrance. Starbucks on site in the morning.
