DAYS INN

I think there is mold in the room I stayed in, woke up with a runny nose. The AC didn’t work well. It also seems that there are a lot of longterm stays here. Also they are doing construction work on the roof.

The place is dated but clearly some updating is ongoing and I'd give it more than two stars if it were cleaner. I stayed 3 days and switched rooms while I was there from a King to a room with two Queens that overlooked the pool. There are fruit flies in the bathrooms. There aren't any free wall outlets and the coffee maker wasn't plugged in in either room. My husband had to move furniture to plug it in. There are outlets on the lamps but they are very low power and it took all night to charge my phone. Apparently they are holding the washcloths under security because the first room had one and the second had none. LOL My real complaint is with the pool deck though. It's disgusting. I had to ask for someone to come clean it. They picked up a few things but for real there's been a bandaid stuck to the deck the whole time. There's chip bags, bottles of water, pull tabs from cans, all manner of mess. It also really needs a date with a broom.

Front desk staff were friendly for check in and check out. Housekeeping staff were very rude. Room was good for the price however the floors were disgustingly dirty. Pool was closed with no knowledge before booking and no reason given.
