One elevator for a nine floor hotel was not great. Be prepared to wait for a long time unless it’s very early morning or late evening. I took the time to write this review on my seventh minute waiting for an elevator.

I booked a king suite room for our stay, we got 2 beds because they ran out of king rooms. I also purchased their breakfast $20 voucher, turns out restaurant was closed. They gave us a voucher for only one choice which was 2 eggs, meat, toast & hashbrowns with coffee/tea only. No substitutions & honored it at stacked (pancake place) which pancakes were NOT an option! Pool was cloudy, no hot tub & no jetted tub options for the room. Staff used the same elevator as guests. I found someone else's hair in our shower, our bathroom door could not be closed otherwise it would not open afterwards! Bed wasnt great either, pillows were garbage. I have better at home! Will never stay here again! Throughly disappointed! Location was great but that was it. Hotel needs much room for improvements!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating while we were there for a baseball tournament. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool is on the smaller side and gets very warm and humid in the room but there’s a nice courtyard outside beside it. Parking was always available and easy to access. Only negative things I will mention (which are not bad at all) 1) the hand soap in the bathrooms are mounted on the wall beside the mirrors, which makes it very hard for kids to reach to wash their hands without a stool. Providing a bar soap would be helpful in this situation. 2) it was difficult to get extra towels - our booking was a family of 4 for the room, and only 2 bath towels were provided when we checked in. We called to ask for more in the evening and they said they would bring some but no one ever did, I had to walk down to the front desk to get some. The next day when our room was cleaned, they left 2 pool towels instead of bath towels which are definitely not as absorbent. They must have some kind of shortage? Again we called down for more towels, and they took over 30 mins to bring them to the room.
