Hilton Suites Markham Conference Centre

Some of the staff seemed to discriminate guests based on their appearance. Very clean room and bathroom. Had a suite but no microwaves. Also, the fridge was running but not cooling. Did not appreciate the fact that they charge extra for hotel guest parking, complete ripoff.

When we booked this hotel we were keeping our fingers crossed based on the mixed reviews, but we didn’t have any problems at all. Our king suite on the 9th floor is quite nice. It’s spacious and clean, 2 TVs and plenty of sofa seatings. We had a comfortable 6 nights stay while visiting from NY. We really love that hotel guests can use the Unionville Athletic Club on premise. The gym is big with a lot of machines & workout equipments. Plenty of parkings on site (with fee) and very convenient location for us considered our visit mostly for Asian food/eats. We will absolutely stay here again on our next ‘food trip’!

stayed for one night. Very disappointed that check in is at 4 pm and the pool closed at 7 and you have to make an appointment. For this reason I was unable to use amenities I paid for. The spa closed at 8 pm again due to check in timing unable to use amenities. The fact that it was a Saturday night and amenities shut down so early is very disappointing. Cleanliness in room was satisfactory. The coffee station had coffee stains on sugar packets, no stir sticks and the creamer was sour. The shampoo, and creams were pretty much empty. The price is too high for the quality of service received. I probably would not return.
