Best Western Plus Milton

This Hotel is conveniently located just off Hwy 401. Our Family was located in rooms close together and just down the hall from a lovely restaurant called 'Journey's Cuisine' with not only exotic but professionally prepared and served food. We had a great family time together.

By Best Western standards, this hotel is definitely an older model but ANYTHING that takes away from a stay is absolutely made up for by the customer service! ALL of the ladies that we dealt with over our 4day/3night stay (with 3 little kids) were absolutely amazing - like above + beyond! Yes, I did miss the 24 hour access to the hot chocolate/coffee machine + definitely the inclusive 'make your own waffles' breakfast - but it was a comfortable stay! The pool is small + the echoing is a bit too much (again, with 3 little kids) but it wasn't very busy + we often had it to ourselves. We didn't eat at Journey's restaurant, although we chatted with other guests who had and they said it was just 'okay'. The room was a bit small, but it was well maintined + clean. Beds are extra soft (we asked for extra blankets + they were super cozy). If you are easy to please + enjoy superb customer service, this will be perfect for you!

The hotel is located in a good location just outside of Toronto, which worked well for my stay which was nearby. The hotel was clean, my room was updated and there was no issues with my room or stay. There was a restaurant onsite which i did not use, but I did look at the menu and there was a good option of food to choose from.
