Stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years. This last time is the last time. Front desk gave us a crappy room and a hassle checking into the crappy room. The guy that checked us in and women that checked us out were both very rude. When we checked out they insisted they had to check the condition of the room before we left, which they didn’t do the previous 2 times. Like we did something to the crappy room? Also, they took a debit card the previous 2 times before but wouldn’t this time. The made us find an ATM and get money out. When we said we would just cancel the room they said we would still have to pay for the room. We were polite and reasonable and they were not. What an awful trip and total waste of money! We were 100% sure it is because we are American because everywhere we went this time around Toronto it was nonstop rudeness and disdain. We heard people speaking in English and Spanish about how ignorant and awful Americans are..Not that ignorant as some of us are bilingual and know wtf you are saying. If you are American stay on this side of the border, and keep your money here. WNY is awesome, and Buffalo and Niagara Falls roll out the red carpet for tourists. Western New Yorkers are polite, helpful, and fun. They will make your visit memorable in the best ways, so you will want to return!

Following eye surgery at nearby hospital my husband and I stayed 2 nights at this great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.An amazing breakfast each morning and Saffy made us so welcome . We wiĺ definately stay there again.thankyou everyone. Penny SUDBURY ONTARIO

Very dissapointed in this hotel. We stayed here often and there was always a problem. Last time we stayed (a few months back) the elevators were not working so had to walk up 4 flights with baggage. The elevators were not fixed the next day either, so walking done again (with no assistance). Won't be back...
