Glen Grove Residences - Maple Leaf

Great location on the lake front - close to CN Tower and Rogers Center - very quiet room with full kitchen - comfortable bed - parking available if required - very secure with 24 hour security on site - shoppers supermarket on site - would definitely stay here again

My husband and I just recently stayed at the Maple Leaf Quay and loved it! It was clean, quiet, close to everything, and friendly staff. It was reasonably priced and loved the fact of being able to cook some of our own meals as these are condo style instead of a hotel. We already are talking about staying there next year!!

I had read a few of the other reviews for this property and was a little nervous going in but this place was so much better than I expected. I had screenshotted another review here on exactly how to find the check in desk (it's the last unit on the left next to the Loch Quay restaurant) and had no problems locating it once I got there. Checking in was easy - the security man on the desk checked my ID and gave me my keys in an envelope which also included information on the WiFi, telephone, TV etc. I knew before I had booked it that this wasn't a hotel and not to expect any amenities like luggage storage or frequent room service but I didn't care, this place was really worth it. The apartment was clean, had great air conditioning, comfy bed and a good sofa bed. It had lots of space and a fantastic view of the CN Tower - I felt like I was in the lap of luxury. The only three things that I had minor issues with were that there were no coffee filters with the coffee but you can get them at the convenience store at one of the ground level units and there were three lifts but they were all very slow (so if you're rushing out, give yourself plenty of time). On the last evening when I came home, the toilet sink made some very loud noises like it was either blocking up or being drained that went on for a while periodically and then stopped. Everything still worked fine though and I expect it was coming from another pipe rather than my sink as it hadn't been used all day. Other than that, I had a very pleasant three-night stay and would absolutely consider coming back for longer next time.
