To be on the ground floor was an upgrade and cost an extra fee. The room stunk like dirty feet and urine. I was moved to another room, but overall not much better aside from the bathroom not smelling like urine in the new room. Thr pillows are squished into square pillow cases, weird. The bed skirts are filthy. I looked for bed bugs, thankfully didnt see any. I can't believe this has a 4.2 rating. The hotel across the street, Quality Inn, has a lower rating, but is much better than this one.

Made a reservation for a tournament with the team, the team ended up not staying because the booking staff was rude. 3 people cancelled their no cancellation reservations and they wouldn’t cancel mine. The Hotel was extremely hot even with cold air on high in the room, staff was rude. I asked for ground floor when I booked and they had me on 2nd floor. Overall a terrible experience

Nice little, well cared for hotel. Nice to see a maintenance worker doing odd little jobs that need attention. This was refreshing to see. Rooms were clean, staff was nice. A good hot breakfast of eggs, waffles, sausage amd hashbrowns. Cereals, bagels, muffins toast etc. A great location to the snowmobile trails which is right out the back of the hotel. Great restaurant next door.
