A Night to Remember Bed & Breakfast

I can tell you as a tenant renting an apartment under the bed and breakfast. The guests are sometimes very loud. They stomp or walk really loudly back to forth across the ceiling. You get to hear everything from the guests upstairs. When I moved in here Unfortunately I didn't know how thin the ceiling and walls were so thin . It's like Good golly Miss Molly. Apparently the guest can hear when tenants use the bathroom or are in the kitchen making a meal etc. they complain about our noise meanwhile I am trying to keep the noise down as much as possible.Then you hear the guest loudly yelling that they can hear you. Apparently David the owner doesn't tell the guests there is a tenant paying $1025 a month for the apartment downstairs. I wish he would tell them. The. Perhaps they could understand that as much as we want them to enjoy themselves please be patient with any small amount of noise from the tenants downstairs.

Stayed in the Grand Tower room. King sized bed, balcony/porch and enormous bathroom. The decor was reflective of the Victorian era of the house. David was a great host. Mila served a lovely breakfast. The house is the closest bed & breakfast to the Falls and easily walkable to OLG Stage at the casino and the Falls.

No one there to greet us, sidewalks weren't shoveled, very icy. Bed definitely has seen better days.Old linens Dust and cobwebs ,no reception on TV. Breakfast was all carbs! Won't return or recommend.
