Days Inn - Niagara Falls Clifton Hill Casino

Staff were friendly and nice, so no issue there, but the room we were staying in (ground floor, outside rooms) was absolutely awful. It smelled so bad of mould that it was nauseating. Could not sleep well because of the terrible smell. This room should not be occupied at all until this is taken care of as I am sure it would not pass a health inspection. They could not do anything for us as rooms were all booked and we had already paid, so we could not look for another place. Luckily we only stayed one night.

What i would say about this hotel is i love it. My husband and i came here for our 42 anniversary. They made us feel welcomed. We were in the Hotel part. The beds were comfy it was nice and quiet. We got to see part of the falls where we were. Our breakfast was delicious. We parked right across from the entry doors. The Hotel was nice a clean. Price was good too for our budget

Wasn’t sure what I would get based on previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the beds were memory foam and very comfortable after walking the area all day. The tv had decent channels and we found quite a few American shows. The view on the 6th floor was great for fireworks and was so close to the heart of Clifton Hill; even could see a bit of the falls. My only “complaint “ is that for those with mobility issues (bad knees and hips) the toilet was a little low. Now if you’re looking for an upscale hotel, then be prepared to pay the price. But this little hotel worked great for us!! ** wanted to make a side note from the previous reviews….i did purchase this through Groupon. We booked a tower room. We did not use the steakhouse discount as we chose to go to another place near by. The breakfast coupon spells out exactly what it covers…a basic breakfast of eggs, toast and coffee….nothing more than a normal hotels complimentary breakfast.
