Clean, friendly, safe, walkable to points of interest , comfortable beds. Convenient food options nearby. Glad we didn’t pay for hotel w view of the falls. This met all our needs

I spent one night there. Clean spacious has Netflix. It was ok , bare bones decent staff and free parking which is rare in Niagara Falls, it was 67$ cdn for the night , I will stay again

The location is really good, within short distance of the falls, and the free parking is a plus. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price is fine for Niagara. The rooms are renovated, but only partially. Doors to the bathroom and hallway have remained old, and the room door is so tightly fitted that light shines into the room from the hallway all night. Particularly disturbing were the clairvoyant walls – you can hear conversations and noises from the neighboring rooms and from the hallway very clearly. In addition, an unpleasant smell came from the sink drain, and the water pipes make loud knocking noises at night. The air conditioning is very old and extremely noisy, so restful sleep is hard to think of.
