Howard Johnson Hotel By The Falls

Location was great, we could walk to everything we wanted to enjoy. Atmosphere was calm and presentable. Rooms and general decor are dated and need some attention. I feel the price was a little high for the finishes, but understand market value. Things were clean but I'm sure the carpets hold stories, couldn't hear much in the room from hallway or outside, up, down, side to side. Staff did theor job as they were supposed to. Amenities were good and operational as described

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that has any expectations. Room keys did Not work, even after requesting a replacement. The sheets were too small for the queen bed would not even go over the corners of the and rolled up under your legs at night. To request Clean Linens it cost of $25. The staff was so dismissive Of my concerns of the room issues, the parking cost, the cleanliness of the lobby I could not recommend this hotel if you expect your hotel room to be part of an enjoyable visit.

great location. check in and parking quick. parking is 34 with tax. Justin helped us and recommended Anticas italian. the best Room is retro Howard Johnson very clean comfy beds.
